Pride Month is celebrated worldwide to recognize
and support the rights and equality of the LGBTQ+
community, as well as to promote awareness,
acceptance, and inclusivity within the community.
In Moldova, Pride has been held annually
for 22 consecutive years by the non-governmental
organization advocating for the rights of the LGBTG+
community in Moldova — GenderDoc —M.
In the coming years, the theme of Pride
will be focused on same-sex marriages,
reflecting the growing need to fight
for equality and recognition of LGBT+ rights.
